 开卷、直头、矫平机 |
| 开卷机是焊管生产线上的重要设备，主要用于支承钢带卷，并和直头机一起把钢带送入矫平机进行矫平。 |
The
uncoiler is a key unit in the mill line, It's mainly used to
support the strip coil and, together with the straightener,
feed the strip into the flattener.

| 直头机与开卷机配合使用，从开卷机上引出钢带关部，送入矫平机理行矫平。 |
The
end straightener is used together with the uncoiler, it leads
the head of the strip out of the uncoiler, straightens it and
feeds it into the flattener.

| 矫平机位于直头机之后，用于矫平带钢的头部和尾部，并将带钢送入剪切对焊机。 |
| The
flattener is located next to the and straightener. It's used
to flatten the head and trail of the strip and feed the strip
into the shear welder. |
